JoJo Siwa has addressed rumours she could be pregnant after one of her videos went viral on TikTok. 

The Dance Moms alum, 22, is in a relationship with Chris Hughes, after they met on Celebrity Big Brother in April.

On Wednesday, she asked her fans to play the game ‘2 truths & a lie’ – before she read out three statements, one being a lie and the other two being truthful.

She then said: ‘1. I’ve never smoked a [cigarette] 2. I’m pregnant 3. This song comes out on Spotify Friday.’

JoJo was playing into online speculation that she could be expecting after Chris gently rubbed his finger over her tummy during a recent TikTok video.

Fans wrote things like, ‘Pregnancy craving???’ as she tucked into a plate of red food.

Another wrote: ‘When the pregnancy craving is red 40,’ and another penned, ‘r u pregnant?’

After JoJo shared the ‘two truths and a lie’ video, social media users jumped to the comments to choose which option was the lie, while others applauded JoJo for nonchalantly poking fun at the pregnancy speculation.

A fan typed, ‘Everyone’s saying it’s 1 or 3, meaning everyone thinks she’s pregnant,’ and another added, ‘You Gonna be a Dance mom.’

‘Not you addressing the pregnancy rumors in the most hilarious fashion,’ one shared, and another penned, ‘Joelle not u egging on the pregnant rumors. Youre too funny.’

Others replied to the comment and said, ‘She’s brilliant smiling her way through life is the key’ and ‘She’s doing it in style and hitting the silly rumors out of the park.’

On TikTok, a number of videos have since been posted as fans shared their personal reaction to the speculation as well.

It comes as her cover of Bette Davis Eyes was released on Friday after a social media clip of her singing it at a show went viral.

JoJo decided to record a studio version of the track for fans, and said: ‘Performing Bette Davis Eyes live in London was one of the most thrilling moments on stage.

‘The crowd’s reaction was so amazing, I knew I had to release it as a single. The song is a classic, full of confidence and mystery, and I wanted to bring my own interpretation to it while honoring the original. I can’t wait for my fans to experience it!’

Siwa has previously opened up about her plans for parenthood in the future during an interview with Cosmopolitan last year.

She explained at the time that she wanted to have three babies at the same time with different surrogates.

‘Because I’m gay and I have to plan a pregnancy much different than a straight person, I actually want to take three eggs, fertilize three eggs, and have three surrogates,’ JoJo stated.

‘So technically, they’ll all be [from] the same batch but they would all be born separately. Then maybe their little birthdays will land on different days and they can be like triplets, but like, not.’

The dancer than said to the outlet that her three babies will ‘be here’ in three years ‘whether you like it or not.’

The performer has been promoting her new cover of the Kim Carnes song Bette Davis Eyes on Instagram – which dropped on Thursday.

Last month, JoJo set the record straight on her sexuality amid her budding romance with Love Island star Chris Hughes while talking to E! News.

It was confirmed in June that the singer and TV personality are dating after first crossing paths on Celebrity Big Brother U.K. a few months earlier in April.

Siwa first came out as part of the LGBTQ+ community in 2021 – and initially identified as pansexual before coming out as lesbian. However, JoJo expressed to the outlet that she is queer.

‘I think the most beautiful term now is queer. I think queer is an umbrella of, “Look, I’m just me,”‘ the performer stated.

The star brushed aside criticism and explained, ‘I feel so in the right position for myself. I feel so content with my happiness.

‘I feel so relaxed and at ease with where I’m at. I feel so happy and peaceful that the love that I feel is so real. You can’t really help who you fall in love with.’

JoJo also briefly talked about her new beau Chris and revealed that she has ‘never ‘second guessed’ what she feels for the reality star.

‘Therefore, I’ve never second guessed my happiness, I’ve never second guessed what I’m feeling. And I think that’s the most beautiful thing. When I think about him, I’m full of pure joy. When I speak about him, I’m full of pure joy.’

The look was in stark contrast to her previous one in recent years – such as opting for bold ensembles and heavy eye makeup.

One penned on X: ‘Never thought I’d see the day where JoJo Siwa gets a boyfriend and becomes a trad wife,’ referencing to the term ‘traditional wife’ that has shown women on social media playing a conventional role at home.

‘She’s setting us back decades, making men think it was actually “just a phase” and they can actually “turn us straight” if they want to. It’s so bad,’ another wrote.
