Nick Cousins’ name is everywhere in Montreal today, after the act he committed last night against young Ivan Demidov.

It’s an act that earned him a sanction from the National Hockey League.

And it’s also an act that unfortunately brought him many very direct comments on social media.

Cousins has never been afraid to “brag” about this kind of hit on his various pages, but this time, he reacted quite differently.

Let me remind you that I find the ACT completely cowardly and stupid, and to be honest I’m not much of a fan of Nick Cousins the hockey player (who has a certain history of questionable hits like this), but we also shouldn’t make it personal.

Some fans sometimes go too far when something like this happens, but in my opinion, we shouldn’t be the ones settling scores ourselves.

The scores will be settled on the ice, probably thanks to Arber Xhekaj, in the next duel between the Montreal Canadiens and the Ottawa Senators.
