Tom Brady and Pete Carroll have a lot of experience in the NFL as former Super Bowl champions, but they had never faced a challenge like the Las Vegas Raiders.

The franchise needs a total rebuilding process, and Mark Davis has trusted two legendary names to achieve it. One as a minority owner of the team and the other returning to the league as head coach.

As if this weren’t enough, the AFC West is one of the toughest divisions right now. Patrick Mahomes with the Kansas City Chiefs, John Harbaugh and the Los Angeles Chargers. Additionally, a rising franchise like the Broncos with Sean Payton and Bo Nix.

Who will be the next quarterback of Raiders?

It will be Geno Smith. In recent weeks, Russell Wilson, Justin Fields, Aaron Rodgers, and Sam Darnold were mentioned as possibilities to be the new starting quarterback for the Raiders. However, a report from Dianna Russini hinted this morning a major surprise.

“The Las Vegas Raiders are exploring veteran quarterback options on the free agent and trade market, per sources. That includes the possibility of trading for a current starting QB.”
