Despite a rather frustrating night offensively, the Montreal Canadiens found a way to beat the Calgary Flames 2-1.

The postgame atmosphere drew plenty of attention, as hundreds of Habs fans literally took over the Saddledome.

Even though the Flames are going through a rough stretch, the Canadiens had to rely on their goaltender Jakub Dobes, who made 36 saves in the win, as noted by TVA Sports.

It wasn’t an easy night for the Habs, even with Demidov’s incredible pass on Matheson’s overtime goal.

Good news: mission accomplished for the Canadiens – two more points added to the standings!

No matter the city, you can always hear Canadiens fans!

On social media, I even saw several English-speaking fans referring to it as a takeover of the Saddledome.

I find it fascinating to see how the Habs bring their passion across Canada, no matter the distance.

And honestly, I think very few teams in the NHL can boast such strong support on the road.
