The 46-year-old movie producer looked smitten as he held hands with 20-year-old actress Seanna Pereira during a late-night outing in Los Angeles on Thursday, just days after they were first spotted cozying up.

Cash kept it casual in a T-shirt and pants while Seanna, who has credits in 24: Legacy, Everglades, and the upcoming thriller Shoot or Die, turned heads in a sleek black halter top and matching leggings.

The pair were seen leaving Beverly Hills Cookies late last night, with Cash juggling coffee and sweets before the duo lingered by the valet looking loved up.

The sighting comes hot on the heels of Cash’s rumored fling with 25-year-old model Hana Sun Doerr, whom he was photographed kissing and holding hands with just weeks ago.

Both Cash and Jessica, who announced their split earlier this year, are moving forward with new romances — she’s linked to 32-year-old actor Danny Ramirez, while Cash appears to have traded models for rising starlets.

And the exes, who have three children together, are both fine with each other’s respective age-gap romances.

‘The age difference [with their younger partners] is not a big deal,’ a source dished to Us Weekly. ‘They think it’s common in Hollywood, so there’s no issue. They are cool with each other dating.’

The person close to the situation added: ‘They’re happy for each other. There’s no negativity or bad feelings.

‘They’re still good friends and just want each other to be happy. And they aren’t judging each other.’

Jessica and Cash are parents to daughters Honor, 17, Haven, 14, and son Hayes, seven.

And neither of them are ready to introduce their new flames to their brood.

The source explained: ‘They are incredibly protective of their kids’ privacy and well-being, so introducing new partners would be taken very slowly and only once a relationship is stable and serious.’
