Despite her daily appearance on the Today show as co-host, Sarah Abo has mastered keeping her personal life with husband Cyrus, private.

Sarah joined co-host Karl Stefanovic on the morning program back in 2023, when her predecessor Ally Langdon left to host A Current Affair.

Is Sarah Abo married?

On December 15, 2012, Sarah Abo married her soulmate Cyrus Moran, celebrating their nuptials in Bali, Indonesia.

The pair returned to the tropical paradise for their fourth honeymoon in 2016.

Rather than share an emotional post on Instagram tributing their wedding anniversaries, Sarah simply writes the years they’ve been married for in Roman numerals.

Sarah and Cyrus began dating in 2005, according to the journalist’s Instagram. They were together for seven years before saying ‘I do.’

“Landed this hunk of spunk 10 years ago…7 years later we sealed the deal. Happy 3 years monkey,” she wrote in 2015, using the nickname she frequently mentions him as.

Who is Sarah Abo’s husband?

While Sarah has become an Australian public figure, her husband understandably has no apparent interest in being in the spotlight. Therefore, Sarah has said little.

But what we do know is that Cyrus was born on May 15, celebrating his 40th birthday in 2022. Which means, Cyrus is currently 43-years-old.

“The best people are born in May,” Sarah frequently says on his birthday tribute posts.

Does Sarah Abo have any siblings?

Sarah is the eldest of three daughters, previously referring to herself as the “guinea pig” when it came to her parents setting rules.

Yara is two years younger than Sarah, who is 40. Her youngest sister is Shaz.

“You know with sisters, you sort of just understand each other, you don’t need to explain anything and everyone just kind of gets it,” she told 9Entertainment.

“You’ve grown up together, your personalities evolve around each other so you kind of know everything there is to know about the other, which is pretty special, I think and I’m so grateful for that.”

Is Sarah Abo still at Today?

There was a lot of speculation regarding her future on the Today show. However, Channel Nine has confirmed Sarah will be returning in 2026, with a short break over the Christmas holidays.
