EXCLUSIVE: With The Block 2025 Auction Day just days away, Dan and Dani have delivered their brutal final verdict and predicted the winners and losers of the day.
Each week the couple have reviewed the teams’ houses to give their critique and now it’s come to crunch time.
When it came to who would win The Block Auction, there was a clear auction frontrunner in Dan and Dani’s eyes.
In fact Dani almost fell over when she realised she and her husband finally agreed on something!
“The way that property presents, it is gonna hook people. They’re going to come back for more and more and more,” she said of what she thought would be the winning house.
To find out which house she’s talking about you’ll have to watch the video above!

While Dani admitted she “didn’t love” some of the main rooms of the home like the kitchen or living room, the flow of the house more than made up for it.
“Having people imagine how they’re going to live in that home is going to get the across the line.”
Dan agreed noting the house was “largely neutral” and “furthest away from the main road.”

Dan and Dani also named the ‘Chumps’ of the season which they “hated” doing because of how hard all the teams work.
Yet again, the same house sprung to mind when they were asked which home would make the least at auction.
Having a flat roof exterior was their biggest hinderance according to the couple and they didn’t think their inside matches their garden.

As far as the home’s design, Dan and Dani believed they’d “missed the mark” as far as what the Daylesford market needs.
“Comparing all five homes, theirs is something I would very much see in the inner city not Daylesford,” Dani said.
How have Dan and Dani’s predictions held up in the past?
While Dan and Dani are certainly experts in the field, is their word gospel when it comes to predicting the winners and losers of the auction?
It turns out, it almost is.
Dan and Dani have a pretty solid success rate when it comes to forecasting the auction results.
In 2024, Dani said Maddy and Charlotte would come out on top and her prophecy came true when the sisters walked away with $1.65 million.

While Dan didn’t quite nail it when it came to choosing the winners, his pick Kristian and Mimi still bagged a nifty $1.03 million.
Dan and Dani were also right about who would end up at the back of pack, with the pair correctly predicting Brad and Kylie would come last.
Not that we’d call taking home $650,000 a loser!
Even though they technically came last, Kylie and Brad won $650,000 on The Block 2024. (Nine)
