Adrian Portelli has ripped into The Block for a second time after only three of the five Daylesford properties sold over the weekend.
The billionaire bidder, who made headlines last year after buying all five Phillip Island homes for a whopping $15million, let loose during the series finale.
‘Wow, that’s a bit awkward,’ he began the clip, which showed him watching the drama unfold on television.
‘But anyway … I still have The Block houses, and it’s clear that nobody really wants to pay for them. But I’ve still got five from last year down at Phillip Island, so I am giving them away through LMCT Plus,’ he said of his online giveaway business.
‘You don’t have to pay for them – clearly people don’t want to buy these houses.’
In the last year, the 36-year-old has seemingly struggled to offload the properties, even sharing an Instagram post in June begging his followers to buy the homes.

‘For Sale. EOI. The Phillip Island Block Resort. Selling complex complete. Everything included. Will not sell houses separately,’ he said.
The Block came to a dramatic conclusion on Sunday night and Adrian wasted no time gloating over the poor results, which saw a few Blockheads walk away empty-handed.
Taking to his Instagram stories as the disastrous finale aired, the popular entrepreneur shared a graphic of The Block logo scribbled out in red, replaced with Channel Seven branding and a plug for My Reno Rules.
He announced in July he would be turning his back on The Block and Channel Nine, and jumping ship to rival show My Reno Rules on Seven.
It was Western Australian couple Britt and Taz took who were the big winners on The Block over the weekend.
They managed to offload their stylish House 3 for an impressive $3.41million.
With a reserve of $2.99million, the pair went home $420,000 richer – adding to that, a $100,000 bonus prize, netting them a total $520,000.
The winning sale came from an anonymous phone bidder, after a battle with Melbourne rich lister, Danny Wallis.

The finale was heartbreaking for Blockheads Emma and Ben (pictured) who saw their properties passed in
Robby and Mat’s property scored a poor result going for $3.099million, netting the best mates a meagre $109,999 profit.
The auction went better for Sonny and Alicia, who sold their home for $3.06million – $120,000 above their $2.94million reserve.
Still, the finale was heartbreaking for Blockheads Emma and Ben, and Han and Can, who saw their properties passed in.
Bidding stalled on Emma and Ben’s home at their $2.99million reserve – and even a $3.10million bid failed to help it generate interest.
Meanwhile, Han and Can left the series without making a penny after their pad failed to generate much heat from potential buyers.
The pair admitted to feeling ‘physically sick’ as their dreams were dashed.
There were tears throughout the episode for Han and Can, who felt their journey on the show had been a disaster all round.
