We’re halfway into the most wicked season of Love Island Australia and after what happens tonight, we will never recover!

Two OG Islanders are sent home following a shock declaration, as tears flood at the most jaw-dropping Firepit of the series.

“Never in the history of Love Island Australia has this happened,” says host Sophie Monk, gobsmacked.

The host cuts straight to it: “Earlier today, we asked the Superfans one simple question: Who is your favourite Islander?”

The boy or girl with the least amount of votes is about to leave… for good.

In no particular order, Soph reads the names of those saved. The two Islanders left standing are Mick and Isabel.
Gulp. (Nine)
“This is f–ked,” Kye reacts and we agree.

“One of you is about to say goodbye,” Soph announces.

Mick is safe and our hearts can’t take it. Tamara’s crying, Connor’s crying. Pinkie’s probably somewhere bawling. But then things take a turn.

“Isabel, you found a connection in the Villa,” Soph reminds her. “That’s what you came here for…”

And just in that moment Connor pipes up: “And that’s what she’s leaving with.”

Wait, WHAT?!
“And then a hero comes alooooonggggg…” (Nine)
“Connor, are you saying you’re going to leave tonight too?” a shocked Soph reacts. “You’re going to make me cry.”

“You know in the history of Love Island Australia, has anyone ever left with someone,” Soph declares.
WE CAN’T. (Nine)
We’re a sobbing mess and seeing now they’re BOTH leaving, Izzy is kinda mad… Ohhh hang on. She’s super mad.

“Our connection has been the most authentic in here and if they can’t see that then get f–ked,” she reacts in front of EVERYONE.
YIKES. OK. (Nine)
“This ain’t right, I don’t believe this,” protests Sharn. “I’m really p–sed off.”

“It’s f–king bulls–t,” cries Izzy as she packs her bag. “Let’s get the f–k out of here.”

Isabel and Connor officially leave the Villa and the producers pull them for their final chat. Safe to say, Izzy’s not in the mood – but everything was so wholesome just a minute ago?!

“I’m not saying anything, I want to go,” says Izzy as she tries to catch her breath from hysterically crying. “I want to get out of here.”

She took it well, Mooooooon. Right? Right?
