Channel 10 has made a major announcement about the future of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! after officially unveiling their 2026 programming lineup.

Long-running reality juggernaut I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! will return to screens in 2026 for a twelfth season, Channel 10 has officially announced.

I’m A Celeb sees a group of Aussie “celebrities” battle it out in a range of challenges in the South African wilderness to be crowned King or Queen of the jungle.

Ten has greenlit the series once again and is set to begin its annual “roll out” of clues about who could be next to brave the jungle.

“Keep your eyes peeled as we start rolling out clues as to who will be taking a first-class flight into a first-class fright when the series returns in January 2026,” the network said in a statement.

I’m A Celeb hosts Robert Irwin and Julia Morris welcomed the return of the series and promised the upcoming season would be the “wildest” yet.

“I can’t wait for everyone to see what we’ve got in store this season! Every year the trials get bigger, the stars get braver and the jungle gets wilder,” Irwin said.

“It’s going to be an unforgettable ride. See you in the jungle!”

Showbiz veteran Morris, who has co-hosted the series since its inception called the long-running gig a “pure joy”.

“To get to present the show I love, alongside one of the biggest superstars in the world right now, is the purest of joys,” she said.  “Robert and I are beside ourselves to return to our spiritual showbiz home in South Africa for Season 12 of our beloved I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! Get ready celebs, we are ready to tango! (Actually, I am not ready to tango).”

The series has been a staple of Ten’s lineup since first hitting screens in 2015, although the production budget on the series has allegedly shrunk over time.

Season eleven was reportedly the cheapest to date, with some stars agreeing to brave the jungle for as little as $35,000 pre-tax.

Ten also teased the return of other long-running series including Have You Been Paying Attention?, Sam Pang Tonight, The Cheap Seats, Taskmaster Australia, Big Brother and Australian Survivor.
