Listen up, ladies! Robert Irwin has finally shared what he’s looking for in a girlfriend and fans love what he has to say.

Robert Irwin has been inundated with messages from women, specifically American women, who are hoping to date the 21-year-old Australian. The Wildlife Warrior has previously shared that he’s hoping to find his own “American tourist” after both his dad, Steve Irwin, and sister, Bindi Irwin, found love with someone from the US.

The eligible bachelor was asked what he looks for in a partner after his latest performance on Dancing With The Stars on Wednesday. The blushing Irwin didn’t hold back, revealing qualities that match with his good nature.

“Honestly, I think I look for someone who’s adventurous — absolutely,” Robert told E! News.

“Also someone who’s really kind, and compassionate, I just love being around people that are positive and that are passionate.”

He said it was important to find someone who had a life they were excited about so he could find “where our passions can come together”.

“That’s really, really fun,” the 21-year-old said.

A sense of humour was also a big draw card for the Aussie dancer.

“Someone just to have a good laugh with,” he said.

“It’s important to be around people that don’t take life and themselves too seriously, you know?”

The Aussie star joked that he felt embarrassed answering the question in front of his dance partner, Witney Carson, who he has described as being like another protective older sister.

Witney has been fielding messages and emails in recent weeks from eager women, hoping to connect them with the conservationist.

“This is so funny, talking about this in front of Witney,” a bashful Robert said, while his dance partner sarcastically added that she “loves” this topic of conversation.

Fans were again enamored by the Australian star, describing him as “pure” and “sweet”.

“Me? I can do that,” one hopeful commented.

“I just love this, it is what I am looking for in a person,” while another added.

Others took issue with the constant speculation about Robert’s love life and famous late father.

“Can we please get him to answer questions that don’t involve his dating life?” one person asked.

“I love this guy but they have to stop asking him about girlfriends every week,” another said.

“With that being said, I really hope they win. Rooting for them.”

Robert also confirmed that he had, in fact, been approached by the Chippendales to host a show in Las Vegas.

During an interview with Entertainment Tonight, he was asked if the rumour was true – something Witney had no idea about.

“Are you kidding me?” a shocked Witney asked.

“That is true,” Robert said. “The Aussie boys as well, Thunder [From] Down Under, also reached out!

“Mate, all power to ’em, not for me, not right now, I’ll take the shirt off every now and again.”

“No, he won’t be,” Witney interjected.

“But I’m going to draw the line there,” he added, as the interviewer said, “For now?”

To which he cheekily responded while shaking his hips: “These hips don’t lie.”

“Not surprised Robert is so good,” one fan commented on the video.

“I love how his ears got progressively more red the more the talked about it,” another added.
