After a shock dumping…

Last night on Love Island Australia, we saw a show first, with Connor deciding to leave the villa with his couple, Isabel.

Superfans voted Isabel their least favourite Islander, which led to her being dumped from the villa.

In an exclusive post-Villa chat with 9Entertainment, the couple confirmed they’re very much still together, officially in love, and are taking the next step—moving in together on the Gold Coast.

Their exit was anything but ordinary. With Connor making what he called a “100 per cent worth it” decision to leave the villa alongside her.

“If I sat just around in a Villa for two more weeks and lost a great connection, it would’ve been pointless,” he told 9Entertainment.

For Isabel, Connor pulling the plug on the show proved everything.

“In that moment … he was like, ‘I don’t give a f— about the show,’” she said. That bold move, she explained, “showed more authenticity about his personality and about our relationship … it just confirmed that everything I’ve been feeling is real.”

Since leaving the villa, the couple embarked on what they jokingly call a “little Love Island honeymoon,” travelling through Switzerland and Spain.

It was a chance for them to drop the cameras, be themselves, and let their relationship grow.

“We got to know each other more in those two weeks … because we were not so cautious of what we were saying,” Connor shared.

But the biggest news? Isabel is officially relocating.

She’s confirmed she’s moving to the Gold Coast in December, with her belongings already on their way. As Connor put it, “We’re so excited for what’s to come … It’s all happened the way it should.”

For fans wondering if their island romance could survive the real world, Isabel and Connor’s exit interview offers a happy answer: Yes.

“We’re so excited for what’s to come,” Connor said.
