After all, feelings change, connections fizzle and hot new Bombshells stir the plot.

Here are the Islanders who have left the Villa so far in Season 7:

Isabel and Connor

Only one Islander was meant to leave the Villa during Episode 17 and it was down to Mick and Isabel.

The Superfans had been watching and voted for their favourite Islanders. Isabel and Mick had the least votes.

Ultimately, Isabel was sent home, leaving the Villa shaken.

But before Izzy could leave, Connor declared he would be leaving the Villa with her!

“You know in the history of Love Island Australia, has anyone ever left with someone,” Soph declared.

Isabel was too upset to comment on their exit as they left the Villa.

Lacey

Episode 11 saw a shocking twist that left fans on an emotional cliff hanger.

Host Sophie Monk made the brutal announcement that Jotham, Ross and Mateo would be the ones to decide who would be Dumped from the Villa. The decision was based on who was less likely to find a “genuine” connection.

The boys made a decision and it was not unanimous: “Unfortunately, the girl we’ve decided to Dump tonight is… Lacey.”

In her unseen exit interview, which you can watch above, Lacey admits she wasn’t “entirely shocked” by the boy’s decision. But she did feel “misjudged”.

“My relationship with Kye, I felt like it was very misunderstood. Not many people got to see how genuine it was,” she admitted.

The star revealed she also had “unfinished business” with Kye.

Cooper

In Episode 9, Yana made a heartbreaking decision that left her in tears.

With only Cooper and her ex Kye remaining at the Firepit, she had to choose who she’d save and Couple Up with.

“I can’t even talk,” said Yana as she chose to save Kye and send Cooper home.

The decision left the Villa “gobsmacked”, Kye included.

Cooper accepted the truth that he hadn’t made a connection, and couldn’t rely on the possibility of a new Bombshell.

Moments after leaving the Villa, Cooper said his “morals and beliefs” had changed for the better thanks to his Love Island Experience.

Whether Yana made the right choice?

Zac and Bailey

Nobody wants to be the first one Dumped from Love Island Australia. In a shock twist, after the arrival of two Bombshells, it was revealed two Islanders would be sent home.

Bronze medallist and champion swimmer Zac and “heartbroken” Bailey were the first to be eliminated

In their exclusive exit interview below, Zac and Bailey revealed they had “no regrets” from their time in the Villa.

“It feels really disappointing, I feel like both of us deserve to be in here,” said Bailey just moments after she said her goodbyes.

The two were voted out after they failed to form a strong connection.

Just days into the Villa, Zac made the tough decision to break-up with Bailey after news she didn’t want kids in the future became a huge deal breaker for him.

What hurt the most was that in a personal chat Zac confided in Bombshell Gabby about his feelings. Bailey had no idea.

“My jaw just dropped to the floor,” Bailey reacted when she found out. “To hear it so casually from Gabby, I felt a little bit betrayed.”

During Zac and Bailey’s elimination, the two Islanders who Coupled Up with the Bombshells were safe.

“Islanders, the night is not over,” host Sophie Monk revealed.

In their toughest decision yet, the girls and boys would separate and decide which boy and girl respectively would be least likely to find love in the Villa and send them home.

How do you get Dumped from the Love Island Villa?

Fleeting feelings, changing minds and hot new Bombshells are the most common reasons we wave goodbye to our Islanders.

During an elimination night, if at the end of a Coupling Up, you’re left without a partner then it’s often time to say your goodbyes.
