EXCLUSIVE: As host of The Golden Bachelor, Samantha Armytage signed on as wing woman to help Bachie Bear find his second great love story.

Along the way, she found herself as friend and confidante to the women in the mansion too.

In an exclusive video, which you can watch above, Sam shared the lessons she learned thanks to the “sisterhood” of the group.

“They’re a little bit older than me but I’ve loved meeting them and I’ve loved the experience they’re sharing woman to woman,” she explained.

“There’s a lot of sisterhood, actually, in this show.”

During the season, viewers will see Sam sit down with the women to discuss “the stuff of life” and learn more about where they’ve come from and what they’ve been through.

“The thread that runs through this group of women is that they’re incredibly smart, they’re incredibly strong and they’ve really had some incredible life experiences,” Sam said.

From divorcees and widows, to mothers, grandmothers and those who did not have children, these women have a lot of wisdom to share.

“I’ve learned a lot from them about grief and loss and love and hope and it’s actually been quite inspiring,” the host said.

In a previous video, Sam explained why she returned to television for this heart-warming series.

“I think ultimately there’s a lot of hope in this show and that’s what drew me to it, that’s what I like and I think that’s what we want to bring to people,” Sam said.
