A plot of land, which is home to Scott Cam’s ‘Sawmill Shed’ featured on the 2025 season of The Block, is now on the market for $1.1 million.
It was one of six lots purchased by Nine for the Daylesford edition of the ratings juggernaut, which wraps up with the traditional auction on Sunday night.
Sales agents are promoting the property as a chance for renovators to create their own version of the ‘H design’ pads featured on this year’s season of The Block.
Fans will recognise the Sawmill as the location where Scotty staged the notorious ‘bikkie challenge’ this year.
It’s also the space where Blockheads gathered to learn their scores each week.
Measuring 2,649 square metres, the lot is adjacent to the homes built for The Block, though it has a different street address.

The listing includes the Stratco shed from the show and offers buyers the chance to build from a plan created by The Block architect Julian Brenchley.
Called the ‘Barn House’, the design offers a chic four-bedroom country-style getaway.
Sales agents say the offer is ‘for a limited time’ and have included designer images in the listing which show stunning, light-filled glass living spaces.
The floor plan for the Barn House shows a spacious pad which includes a ‘sun terrace’, pool and deck, private study, and a main bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe.
Buyers also have the option to ‘design their own dream home’.
It comes just days ahead of The Block finale, with Aussie fans of the beloved building show gearing up for the much-anticipated auction on Sunday.
However, the eye-watering price guides on the Daylesford homes have raised some concerns about whether there will be many bidders on auction day.
Earlier this year, it was revealed that each of the five properties are hoping to fetch $3 million to $3.3 million under the hammer.

However, the insanely high price guide doesn’t match up with the median house prices in the Victorian town, where homes are four times cheaper.
According to PropTrack data recorded in July, an average home in Daylesford costs around $820,000, which marks a decrease of 7.1 per cent compared to the year prior.
What’s more, not only are the price guides quadruple what the median homes are going for, but if The Block properties do sell within the $3 million to $3.3 million range, they would be breaking records.
‘As far as I’m aware, there’s only ever been one home within the township of Daylesford that ever sold for $3 million or above,’ Kim McQueen, director of McQueen Real Estate, revealed to realestate.com.au.
The agent, who is selling Robby and Mat’s house, didn’t seem too optimistic about bidders rolling in on auction day.
Another factor that may add some stress to this year’s Blockheads ahead of auction day is that Adrian Portelli won’t be there to save the day.
The controversial bidder has left a billion-dollar-sized hole in the front row of the auction room after it was revealed he would not be attending this year’s finale.
Portelli, the LMCT+ promotions king dubbed ‘Lambo Guy’, made TV history in 2024 when he purchased all five Phillip Island properties for more than $15 million.
