Nicole Kidman has turned to her daughter Sunday Rose for support after Keith Urban’s latest track sparked speculation it’s a thinly veiled message about their split.

Nicole Kidman has been photographed looking radiant with her eldest daughter, Sunday Rose, just days after her ex-husband Keith Urban performed a song many fans believe takes a swipe at their marriage.

The 58-year-old actress, who filed for divorce from the 57-year-old country singer on September 30 after 19 years of marriage, posed for a photo taken by Sunday during their trip to Paris Fashion Week.

On Tuesday, the 17-year-old aspiring model proudly shared the image on Instagram with the caption, “pfw film.

During the Paris visit, Kidman and her daughters, including 14-year-old Faith Margaret, were seen attending Chanel’s Spring/Summer 2026 show, where the Oscar-winner was announced as a returning ambassador for the iconic French fashion house.

Nicole also posted a photo from the event, writing: “Thank you @chanelofficial for having me and my girls. So excited to be a part of it with you.”

The Moulin Rouge! star later shared a group photo of the cast of her Paramount+ series Lioness, including creator Taylor Sheridan, captioning it: “Love being back together.”

While she has continued to maintain a composed public image following her split from Urban, sources close to Kidman say she’s been leaning heavily on her daughters, with whom she now has primary residential custody.

The performance of Urban’s new song, Straight Line, has only added fuel to the fire.

Performed during the season premiere of his CBS show The Road on Sunday the lyrics appear to reflect a strained relationship: “Why we livin’ every day in circles? Just burnin’ out, burnin’ out. I don’t wanna just go through the motions. Goin’ round and round. It’s takin’ us down.

Urban previously described the song as being about “feeling alive again and getting out from under that dark cloud.”

But many listeners have interpreted it differently, flooding social media with reactions.

“Ummm, is this like a diss track to their marriage or something? Nicole deserves better,” one user wrote on X.

Another commented on Urban’s Instagram: “So disappointing and painful for your beautiful children as well as your wife.”

Others, however, defended the country singer.

“Not saying he’s right and she’s wrong, but he’s human, Nicole’s human, and people get divorced for many reasons,” one person wrote.

The song’s release comes amid growing rumours that Urban has already moved on with another woman.

According to one insider, the country singer initiated the split, telling Kidman he was “no longer happy in their marriage”.

The same source added that Urban believed there was still “plenty of time for them to live their lives” and that one shouldn’t “waste it with someone you no longer feel excitement or passion for.”
