Social media has been “exploding” in recent days because of the incident where Kristin Cabot, Astronomer’s HR Director, was caught having an intimate moment with the CEO at a Coldplay concert even though she is currently the wife of another CEO.

The incident took place on the night of Coldplay’s concert at Gillette Stadium on July 16. The couple was caught by the Kiss Cam while they were being intimate. When discovered, both of them immediately bowed their heads in embarrassment, raising suspicions among netizens that the two were trying to hide their ambiguous relationship.

Kristin Cabot is still married, according to an investigation by DailyMail.com. Real estate documents from Massachusetts in January 2025 confirmed that she is the wife of Andrew Cabot, CEO and COO of the famous distillery Privateer Rum.

She was confirmed to have used her married name Kristin Cabot (her maiden name is Stanek) when she sold her $1.8 million home in Watertown, Massachusetts, earlier this year.

Privateer Rum’s website still lists Andrew Cabot as CEO. Public records show that he has been through at least two previous marriages – the first in 1993 and the second in 2014. He has two children with his first wife, Maud, who posted a photo of her ex-husband and Kristin at their daughter’s birthday party last April.

In the series of photos, Kristin even posed with Andrew’s stepson Henry. Notably, she was still wearing her wedding ring at the time, a detail that was completely absent during her recent date with CEO Andy Byron.

In addition, New Hampshire real estate records show that Kristin and Andrew were listed as “husband and wife” when they bought a two-story house worth $2.2 million (about 57 billion VND) in Rye in February 2025. Before that, they sold a nearby four-bedroom house for $1.05 million (about 27 billion VND) after less than a year of owning it.

Kristin’s now-deleted LinkedIn account listed her as a member of the Privateer Rum advisory board since September 2020. She was also previously married to Ken Thornby, whom she divorced in 2020 after filing for divorce in 2018.

Meanwhile, CEO Andy Byron is also married. His wife, Megan Byron, is said to have quietly removed her husband’s last name from social media shortly after the intimate video between her husband and Cabot at a Coldplay concert went viral.

Currently, Kristin Cabot, Andrew Cabot and Andy Byron have not responded.

Shortly after the incident that went viral, Astronomer issued an official statement:

“We expect our leaders to lead by example in behavior and responsibility. The Board of Directors has initiated a formal investigation and will provide an update soon.”
