United States gymnastics star Suni Lee stepped out for an NBA playoff game on Monday night.
Back in December, Lee, who won a gold medal at the 2024 Olympics in Paris, hit up Madison Square Garden to watch the New York Knicks beat the Orlando Magic. After the game, she took a picture with Knicks star OG Anunoby.
“Oh my gosh, it was so cool,” Lee said. “I had so much fun, this is my first time at the Knicks game and definitely want to remember, I’m currently getting my jersey signed in the back.”
Lee was back at another Knicks game earlier this month as the home team beat the Phoenix Suns. Ahead of Saturday’s Game 1 of New York’s playoff series against the Detroit Pistons, Knicks forward Josh Hart personally invited Lee to the Garden.
“We need Suni or Anne Hathaway at every game during this playoff run,” Hart joked on the “Roommates’ Show.”

Lee didn’t make it to Game 1 over the weekend, won by the Knicks 123-112, but she was at MSG tonight for Game 2.
The official Knicks X/Twitter account shared video of the six-time Olympic medalist online after Lee made a cameo on the broadcast’s “Celebrity Row” feature.
Unfortunately, tonight marked the first time Lee has been in the building for a Knicks loss. New York was outplayed virtually from star to finish by the upstart Pistons, losing 100-94.
The Knicks did rally from a double-digit fourth-quarter deficit to tie the game at 94 on Hart’s dunk with a little over a minute remaining, but a Dennis Schroder three-pointer moments later gave the Pistons the lead for good.
The win was the first for Detroit in the postseason since 2008. Now, the series shifts to the Motor City for Game 3 Thursday night.
Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. ET on TNT.
