Former Nickelodeon star Amanda Bynes is dating a new man.

The 39-year-old former actress is seeing a business owner named Zachary, 40, according to a source who spoke with TMZ.

Things between Bynes and her beau — who owns an event and security business — are still new, the insider shared, however they recently took their friendship to the next level.

The What I Like About You star — who ended her engagement with ex Paul Michael in 2023 — is not rushing things with Zachary, and for now they are enjoying each other’s company and having casual dates.

The two were even spotted walking hand-in-hand in Hollywood this week, according to the publication.

Earlier this week the actress teased fans by sharing photos on her Instagram Stories from a getaway with a mystery man she called her ‘boyfriend’, whom TMZ has identified as Zachary.

Daily Mail has reached out to Bynes’ representatives for comment.

One photo showed Zachary across the table from Bynes in a black t-shirt, a black snapback, and sunglasses.

‘Special getaway with my boo,’ she captioned the post.

Visible on the table between them were two packs of cigarettes, a Red Bull, and two glasses of drinks.

Another image showed their legs intertwined in bed, with Zachary rocking grey boxer briefs and a t-shirt, and Amanda wearing white jeans.

They pair cuddled up while watching a movie together.

She also posted a video of herself in a grey lace tank top with the caption ‘Ur my type’ tagging the private Instagram account @vipinhouse.
