Ryan Coogler’s “Sinners” movie came out in theaters on Friday, and it’s already a big hit.

The movie stars Michael B. Jordan, who plays twin brothers who return to their hometown before being challenged by evil forces. It’s a horror movie and is rated “R.”

Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James got the chance to see an early screening of the movie before it came out on Friday and loved it.

“My brothers Ryan Coogler and Michael B. Jordan did it again!!! ABSOLUTE INCREDIBLE FILM! Ryan, Thank you for allowing My Queen, I, family, and friends to screen it. 10/10 movie! Make sure y’all go check out “SINNERS” tomorrow! It’s a MUST SEE!!!!!!” James tweeted.

Chicago Sky star Angel Reese also got the chance to see the movie and gave it a 10/10 score on Twitter/X.

They are big fans of the film and want people to go check it out now that it is in theaters.

Outside of Michael B. Jordan, the film also stars Hailee Steinfeld and Jack O’Connell and is set in 1932.

James got the chance to see the film before the Lakers start the first round of the NBA Playoffs on Saturday night against the Minnesota Timberwolves. Tip-off will be at 8:30 p.m. ET.

The 2025 WNBA season is on the horizon and will start on Friday, May 16. Reese was one of the top rookies in the league last season, averaging 13.6 points and 13.1 rebounds per game.

The Sky didn’t make the playoffs last season but Reese will hope to change that when the 2025 WNBA season starts in May.
