The Block’s Foreman Dan Reilly has thanked fans for their support following his and wife Dani’s pregnancy announcement this week.
Dan and Dani announced they are expecting their second child in a touching post on November 2, following the tragic passing of their daughter Billie Vera Reilly at just 10 days old last December.
“Just a big thank you from both Dani and I. The overwhelming response of our news of having a new baby has just been amazing,” Dan said in a video message to fans.
“You guys have been there through the journey of the last year and we do read everyone’s messages and DMs that we get, and it is quite heartfelt.”
Dan said the support of Block fans had been heart-warming, and they were “excited about the journey ahead”.
“Stay tuned for next year guys,” he concluded with a smile.
Dan and Dani announced they were expecting on Instagram, sharing a photo holding hands over a beach sunset.
“As sure as the sun rises and sets each day, she is with us for this next chapter… 🟢Billie’s sibling coming 2026 ☀️,” the couple wrote online.
“To those navigating pregnancy and infant loss, IVF, and fertility challenges — we see you.”
The announcement comes after Dan and Dani welcomed their daughter Billie Vera Reilly in December 2024. She tragically passed away at just 10 days old.
Dan and Dani founded Billie’s Besties, a charity fund founded in her memory, and shared Billie’s story on her official fundraising page.
As of November 2025, they have raised over $166,000 to support the Women’s Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Family, friends and followers joined Dan and Dani in celebrating their pregnancy announcement.
“We are all at home screaming with joy. The best news ever. Sending you all so much love for this next chapter,” The Block‘s Tess and Luke commented.
