It’s turned into a movement!

Fans have fallen in love with The Golden Bachelor Australia star Bianca Dye, so much so that they want her to be Australia’s first Golden Bachelorette!

The 52-year-old told our sister publication New Idea that she’s loved that fans have warmed to her and have seen comments wanting her to be the romantic lead.

“Well, I would absolutely love to do The Golden Bachelorette, but obviously I don’t even know if they’re planning on doing one, so I would definitely put my hand up,” she exclusively told New Idea.

Since her elimination, an Instagram fan page has been made, campaigning for her to be the next Bachelorette.

“We’ve been saying this for weeks!” one fan commented on the page.

“Yes!!! What a queen! 👑,” another agreed.

It’s taken Bianca by surprise, but she’s all for the “groundswell” of support. She even shared the page on her Instagram stories.

“I haven’t even thought about it before all these people said, ‘Oh my god, they should get you to be the Bachelorette, you’d be great,’ and I’m like, ‘Geez, I never thought of that.’ Absolutely, I would do that. I’d love to go on.”

“I just feel like if I could sort of help them choose the men,” she told New Idea.

“You probably can’t help choose the men, though, can you?

“I think, say like those 20, all of them [and] what they’ve got to offer. Let’s put them through the paces.

“Like do something a bit different where [I] get to sort of see them beforehand and go ‘Yeah, him and him and yeah he’s right’, but really go a bit rogue and go like from 35 to 65 because when I’m on the dating apps, that’s the age group [I set].”
