Rachel Uchitel got engaged to her boyfriend, Dan Donovan, just a few days after her ex Tiger Woods confirmed his relationship with Vanessa Trump.

Uchitel, who infamously had an affair with Woods in 2009, revealed the news by posting pictures of her kissing her new fiancé and showing off the massive emerald-cut ring.

Donovan popped the question while they were enjoying a romantic evening on a private balcony overlooking the ocean at Rosewood Miramar Beach in Santa Barbara, Calif., Thursday evening.

“So this happened..

#engaged,” Uchitel, 50, captioned the photos Friday.

Donovan, who is the founder of event management service Stratoscope, also expressed his excitement by posting a picture of him getting down on one knee.

“She brings me to my knee!” he cheekily captioned the post.

It’s unclear how long the newly engaged duo have been dating, but Uchitel began writing flirty comments under Donovan’s Instagram posts in September 2024.

Uchitel became a household name after she was exposed for having an affair with Woods –– who was married to Elin Nordegren at the time.

The “Miss Understood” podcast host shared the relationship milestone less than a week after the professional golfer confirmed that he was dating Vanessa Trump.

Woods, 49, posted pictures of him and Vanessa, 47 –– whose ex-husband is first son Donald Trump Jr. –– smiling together and snuggling via X last Sunday.

“Love is in the air and life is better with you by my side!” he captioned the snaps. “We look forward to our journey through life together. At this time we would appreciate privacy to all those close to our hearts.”

The five-time Masters champion publicly announced the relationship a few weeks after sources told Page Six that they’ve been quietly dating for a few months.

“They have a lot in common,” one insider told us earlier this month. “They’ve both gotten used to public scrutiny. They both know how to keep their private life private. They’re both parents.”

“They’re a good match; they’re level-headed, they like to avoid drama, they share a lot of the same values,” they added.

Meanwhile, another source told Page Six that Don. Jr. is “fully supportive” of his ex’s new romance, because his father, President Donald Trump, “respects Tiger.”

Woods’ relationship with Vanessa may have raised Uchitel’s eyebrows, because she’s had her own experiences with the president.

Uchitel previously told Page Six that she turned down his offer to star on “Celebrity Apprentice” after the cheating scandal.

The decline seemed to upset Trump, because he subsequently “hired” a Tiger Woods impersonator to troll her and “get a photo” with her at a Mar-a-Lago party.

“I mean, how dumb, like, we’re talking about someone in, like, eighth grade,” she said on a March 2024 episode of her “Miss Understood” podcast. “What an asshole.”
